The existing words associated with awareness and consciousness are tied to human experience. Thus we coin a new word bessense from being, essence and sense. Bessense is all immediate conscious experience from the most complex of human realities to the simplest possible awareness. Structured bessense is all that exists.
By equating existence to bessense we restore essence to analysis. The essence that is structured in science is the empty set or nothing it all. The essence that is structured in our existence is direct immediate experience.
Bessense is always specific and finite. It is logical in the sense that what we experience is either something or not something. Lnguage can be ambiguous or inadequate to express what we experience but the experience itself is always a definite thing and not all the other possible definite things.
Bessense is finite. It may appear to be continuous as in our visual image but this is an illusion constructed from discrete visual receptors in the eye. Bessense is a unfathomable mystery. Why should anything exist? Why should a conscious universe exist?
Bessense is similar to existing ideas such as that of Tao.
In the beginning was the Tao.
All things issue from it;
All things return to it[25, v 52].
The Tao gives birth to One.
One gives birth to Two.
Two gives birth to Three.
Three gives birth to all things[25, v 42].
