The executable installation file for Windows XP and 2000 is mdbInstall.exe. Double click on it to start installation and follow the instructions.
When building from source on Windows XP you can create the installation file by typing:
make nativeDist
This should create the installation file nativeDist/msw/mdbInstall.exe.
