Check boxes

This section describes the check boxes in the main window. Most of these determine whether or not a column is used ina search.

Search column check boxes

These check boxes only appear if the corresponding column is displayed. Some of these have special characters as shortcuts which are appended to the end of the column name.

• album --- The short cut is Alt-L.
• artist --- The short cut is Alt-R.
• bit rate --- The short cut is Alt-B.
• comment --- The short cut is Alt-#.
• encoder --- The short cut is Alt-*.
• file --- The short cut is Alt-/.
• file format --- The short cut is Alt-%.
• file version --- The short cut is Alt-V.
• frequency --- The short cut is Alt-Q.
• genre --- The short cut is Alt-G.
• index --- The short cut is Alt-|.
• layer --- The short cut is Alt--.
• location --- The short cut is Alt-@.
• size --- The short cut is Alt-Z.
• time --- The short cut is Alt-M.
• title --- The short cut is Alt-T.
• track --- The short cut is Alt-K.
• year --- The short cut is Alt-Y.

Other main window check boxes

• ~ --- Search for tracks NOT containing the search string. The short cut is Alt-~.
• loop --- Play continuously in a loop. The short cut is Alt-O.
• A=a --- Ignore case in search and sort. The short cut is Alt-=.
